DUSTIN SAN MIGUEL, founder and lead practitioner, combines decades of competitive athletics, advanced therapeutic training, and a lifelong commitment to helping others move, perform, and live at their best.

 

Dustin is a 28-year competitive powerlifter, a pursuit that forged his discipline, resilience, and deep understanding of human performance. He began his personal trainer journey in 2009, later expanding his expertise through extensive education and advanced certifications. In 2010, Dustin joined the U.S. Army as an Infantryman. Demonstrating both courage and commitment, he volunteered for deployment as an Infantry K9 Handler and later served as a contractor for the Department of State at the U.S. Embassy in Kabul. These experiences instilled a mindset of adaptability, precision, and leadership that now define his approach to coaching and rehabilitation.

 

Academically, Dustin studied Sports Management and Exercise Science at California University of Pennsylvania, building a strong scientific foundation to complement his hands-on experience. He has since earned an impressive roster of credentials, including:

 

  • Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) Practitioner Level 2—advancing to the Level 4 pinnacle in 2026

  • PPSC—Pain-Free Performance Specialist, Pain-Free Knees, Lifelong Performance Specialist Certification, Programming, and Training Methods

  • ISSA—Certified Personal Trainer and Specialist in Fitness Nutrition

  • NASM—Stretching and Flexibility Coach

  • Precision Nutrition—Master Nutrition Coach

  • Westside Barbell Strength Coach

 

Southlake Mobility & Rehab is a culmination of Dustin’s decades-long mission to bridge strength training, rehabilitation, and pain-free movement. With his rare combination of athletic grit, military discipline, therapeutic mastery, and a passion for empowering others, Dustin is redefining what it means to train, recover, and thrive.

 

Born in Germany on a military post, raised in Texas, Dustin is deeply grounded by family. He’s married to the love of his life and is a proud father to a teen daughter who is following in his footsteps as a powerlifter.

Molly Denman is a Pilates instructor and certified nutrition coach who's been in the fitness industry since 2021.  She got her start coaching group fitness and has led everything from cycle and sculpt to mat Pilates, giving her a well-rounded, real-world approach to helping people move and feel better.

She holds a Level III Classical Comprehensive Pilates Certification, with training across all apparatus including the mat, reformer, tower, chair, and ladder barrel.  Her teaching focuses on proper form, intentional movement, and building a strong foundation that clients can carry into their everyday lives.

Molly is especially passionate about helping people build strength in a way that actually supports their everyday life.  She believes Pilates is more than just a workout, it's a way to move better, feel stronger, and stay pain free long term.  Whether someone is dealing with tightness, discomfort, or just wants to feel more confident in their body, her goal is to help them understand how to move well and make lasting progress.  

With her added background in nutrition coaching, Molly takes a more well- rounded approach to health, supporting clients both in and out of the studio.  She focuses on realistic, sustainable habits that complement their movement practice and overall lifestyle.

Her teaching style is supportive, down to earth, and focused on helping people feel successful.  At the end of the day, she just wants her clients to feel stronger, move better, and actually enjoy the process.
